Aadhaar Card Date Of Birth Change Online: Aadhaar issuing body UIDAI allows people to update their name, gender, date of birth, address, mobile number and email using the online SSUP portal .

For all above changes in Aadhar card you can change details online by visiting website https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/web/guest/ssup-home, for changing mobile number you have to visit nearest enrollment. No additional documents are required for this.

1. Birth certificate
2. SSLC Book/Certificate
3. Passport
4. Certificate of date of birth issued by Group A Gazetted Officer on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrollment/update
5. A certificate (on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrollment/update) or ID card containing photograph and date of birth (DOB) duly signed and issued by a government authority
6. Photo ID card with date of birth issued by recognized educational institution
   PAN Card
7. Marksheet issued by any government board or university
8. Government photo identity card / photo identity card issued by a public sector undertaking with the date of birth as 2022.
9. Central/State Pension Payment Order
10. Central Government Health Service Scheme Photo Card or Ex-Servicemen Contributory
11. Health Scheme Photo Card
12. School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / School Transfer Certificate (TC), containing name and date of birth
13. Quote from the school record issued by the head of school including name, date of birth and photo
14. Proof of identity containing name, date of birth (DOB) and photograph issued by recognized educational institution signed by Head of Institution on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrollment/update
15. Proof of Identity containing name, date of birth and photo issued by Employees’
