You will also have to pay a fee of Rs 50 per update to get the date of birth corrected in the Aadhar card. Also keep in mind that your mobile number should be linked with Aadhar card. Because you will get OTP through which the work of updation will be verified.

Here’s how you can update your Aadhar card:

  • First of all you have to go to the official website of Central Government
  • https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/.
  • Here you will be asked to provide your Aadhaar number for updating. Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
  • After that enter the captcha code and then click on Send OTP.
  • Now an OTP will be received on your mobile.
  • With the help of OTP, you will be able to update your Aadhar card.
