Information has not been given about who will be included in this commission. In such a situation, it is being speculated that there may be a delay in the implementation of the recommendations of the Pay Commission. Due to this, central employees may have to wait for updates related to salary or dearness allowance i.e. DA in the year 2026. Actually, the recommendations of the 8th Pay Commission are going to be implemented from January 1, 2026. The committee of the Pay Commission has not been formed yet. The Pay Commission committee also has to submit its recommendations to the government after discussions and reviews in different ways. This entire process may take about a year. In such a situation, it is estimated that the report of the Eighth Pay Commission will be ready by the second half of the year 2026. After this, it will be implemented as soon as the government approves it. The government can also revise the recommendations of the Pay Commission.
