7th Pay Commission: The government is preparing to make performance the basis for increasing the salary under the new planning. However, central employees keep demanding to bring new pay commission (8th Pay Commission) every now and then.

New Delhi: 7th pay commission: Hundreds of employees across the country are being given salary and DA Hike under 7th pay commission. But now the central government is going to give the benefit of the new salary structure to the employees soon. According to the news of Zee Business Hindi, a new salary formula can be brought for the salary of central employees.

Will the government bring new pay commission

The government is preparing to make performance the basis for increasing the salary under the new planning. However, central employees keep demanding to bring new pay commission (8th Pay Commission) every now and then. But the government does not appear to be in this mood at the moment. Former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, while speaking on the Pay Commission in July 2016, had said – Now there should be a new scale to increase the salary of employees apart from the Pay Commission. According to sources in the Finance Ministry, the government is no longer in favor of bringing a new pay commission for central employees.

Salary revision will be done on 50% DA hike

According to the news published in Zee Business Hindi, after 7th pay commission, it is difficult to come next pay commission. According to the information received, the government is working in this direction to make such a system for 68 lakh central employees and 52 lakh pensioners, in which there will be automatic revision in salary if DA is more than 50 percent. For this an ‘automatic pay revision system’ can be made. At the same time, the employees also believe that in view of the current inflation rate, it will be difficult for them to survive with the recommendations for salary increase since 2016. However, a final decision on this is yet to be taken by the government.
