Minimum Basic Pay: Rs 18000

Salary excluding allowances will be : 18000 X 2.57 = Rs.46260

26000 X 3 = Rs.78000 on 3% basis

Total Increase : 78000 – 46,260 = Rs 31,740

Also, the government has not yet taken any definite decision to increase the fitment factor.
