The central government can give great news to the central employees before Raksha Bandhan. According to media reports, the Union Cabinet meeting is going to be held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 3 and in this meeting Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for the employees can be discussed along with the stamp.

At present, central employees are getting DA at the rate of 34 percent, if the government increases DA by 6 in July, then it can increase to 40 percent. With this, there may be an increase in the salary of central employees from Rs 12,960 to Rs 40,968. Although no confirmation has been made by the government yet, this estimate has been made from the AICPI Index 2022.

It is being told that the government can increase DA by 6 percent in July on the basis of All India Consumer Price Index. According to the data of AICP Index, in the month of January this figure was at 125.1 while in February it was at 125. Whereas in March it increased to 126. At the same time, the AICPI index has come down to 127.7 points in April. Whereas in the month of May, AICPI has reached 129 points and with this it has also been almost decided that this time around 6 percent increase in DA of employees can be seen. However, AICPI’s June figures are yet to come. But there is little hope of a fall in it.
