7th Pay Commission, 7th CPC Latest News Today 2020: In  Bihar, if government employees above the age of 50 are unable to prove themselves working, they will be forcibly retired (compulsory retirement). The General Administration Department has issued all guidelines in this regard and has also asked the heads of all departments for necessary action. Are employees useful or not? To know this, the administrative staff will also review the work of all of them at some time, for which a committee has to be formed

According to media reports, employees may face such retirement if they have attained 30 years of service or 50 years of age by paying a minimum of three months prior notice or equal to three months salary. It was informed that the decisions of the court on the review related to the work of the employees will also be taken into consideration. In the month of July to December, Katemi will review the case of employees who are over 50 years of age in June of that year.
