Salary is going to increase
After the increase in DA, there is going to be a bumper increase in the salary of the employees. If you also remain a government employee, then if you talk about the next month, then your salary is going to increase in your account.
There is going to be a direct increase of 14 percent in the DA of employees, but only the employees of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) will get the benefit.
How much will be the DA
The salary of Central Public Sector Enterprises employees has been revised. Talking about the employees earlier, DA was being given at the rate of about 170 percent, in which there has been an increase of 14 percent. From now on the employees will start getting DA after the rate of 184 percent.
What is the update on arrears regarding 18 months DA
Apart from this, if we talk about the last 18 months, keeping in mind the hanging DA arrears, the Finance Minister has informed that the government has not yet prepared any plan regarding the arrears. However, if we talk about the month of March, it is expected that some discussion is likely to take place in the meeting to be held.
Long standing demand
The arrears from January 2020 to June 2021 were stopped by the government, for which there has been a demand for a long time. National Council of JCM Secretary (Staff Side) Shiv Gopal Mishra has informed that, keeping in mind the officials of DoPT and Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, a joint meeting of JCM is going to be held soon.
