7th Pay Commission. The Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand has given a big gift to the employees of JIADA. The Hemant Soren government has made a big announcement on the seventh pay scale. CM has given the benefit of 7th revised pay scale to these employees. This will give a big benefit to the employees in salary. An order will be issued in this regard soon.
The 10th meeting of the Board of Directors of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Monday. A total of 24 proposals were discussed in the meeting. In the meeting, the officials and employees of all the four regions of JIADA have also been given approval to give the benefit of seventh pay scale with effect from January 1, 2016 under the conditions laid down by the Finance Department.
Apart from this, approval was given in the meeting for transfer of lease hold rights of partial land under Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority Regulation-2016 after receiving 100% fee of fixed land value in the current prevailing year. In Bokaro, Adityapur and Santhal Parganas), approval was given for increase in land value, rent, maintenance etc. after changing from construction area to service area or commercial area. The budget of the authority for the financial year 2022-23 was also approved.
Approval was also given to select agency through tender for disposal of garbage in various industrial areas under JIADA. Approval was given to set up general category industries by unreserving 34.07 acres of land transferred to Jiada in Gopalganj village of Nirsa zone of Dhanbad. This land is reserved for the establishment of leather park and footwear park industries. Approval was given to de-reserve the remaining land out of the allotted land reserved for food processing, hatchery, egg, meat processing in Sosai industrial area located in Ranchi area under JIADA.
