There is good news for the employees working in the Central Government. The central government has taken a big decision in the interest of central employees. Now they will get pension and salary ahead of time. The special thing is that only retired and serving employees of Kerala and Maharashtra will get its benefit. Central employees of these two states will get salary and pension credit in their accounts before Onam and Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

According to a report, the central government has taken this decision keeping in view the festivals. Since Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated in Maharashtra, Onam is celebrated with pomp in Kerala. This is the reason why the Central Government has decided to give pension and salary to its retired and serving employees ahead of time. The special thing is that the Finance Ministry has also issued a notification for this.

Pension of all central pensioners will be sent by PAO-

It has been said in the notification that in view of ‘Onam’ festival, this time the pension and salary of all central employees of Kerala will be sent to their account on 25 August 2023. At the same time, the salary and pension of all the central employees of Maharashtra will be transferred to the account on 27 September 2023. The special thing is that the pension of all the central pensioners of Kerala will be sent by the PAO.

Special festival allowance of Rs 1,000 will be given-

At the same time, the Finance Ministry has said that all the Central Ministries and Departments have been asked to inform their local offices in Kerala and Maharashtra to prepare ahead of time for transferring the salaries of their employees. Meanwhile, there is news that the Kerala government has also announced a big gift to its employees before Onam. He has announced a bonus of Rs 4,000 to all government employees of the state on Onam.
