7th Pay Commission: There is great news for central employees. The government has announced an increase of up to 13% in DA. Along with this, three months arrears will also be given to the employees. That is, now there is going to be a bumper increase in the salary of central employees.

The government has also given a gift to the employees of the 5th and 6th pay commission after increasing the dearness allowance by 3% under the 7th pay commission. The DA of these employees has been increased by 13%. That is, now these employees will also be given dearness allowance as much as the rest of the central employees. Actually, there are many such employees among the central employees who are not getting the benefit of 7th Pay Commission till now.

Ministry took the decision

According to the Ministry of Finance, ‘DA of employees getting salary under the 5th Pay Commission will increase to 381 percent, while the DA of employees working under the 6th Pay Commission will be increased from 196 percent to 203 percent. That is, it will increase by 7%. Let us tell you that the benefit of increased DA to these employees will also be applicable from January 2022. These employees will also be given 3 months arrears.

Employees are not getting the benefit of 7th Pay

Some employees working in central departments or autonomous organizations have not yet been included in the 7th Pay Commission.
