The Central Government has now increased the incentive amount five times, due to which there is a lot of happiness among the employees, this increase has been seen after many years. Now government employees will start getting an amount of 30 thousand rupees for studies, which was earlier a maximum of 10,000 rupees. The central government has also made this announcement officially.

Now you will get so many thousand rupees

According to the announcement of the central government, instead of Rs 10,000, Rs 30,000 will be given. 10 thousand to 30 thousand rupees are given to the employees who get PhD degree from Diploma here. Earlier this amount was given from Rs 2,000 to Rs 10 thousand. This amount is given in lump sum to the employees on the recommendation of the 7th Pay Commission.

Personnel ministry amended the rules

The Union Ministry of Personnel had implemented this rule in 2019 by amending the 20-year-old rules. According to the ministry, 10 thousand rupees are given as an incentive to the employees who have achieved diploma or three-year degree. On the other hand, if an employee acquires a degree above this, then an amount of Rs 15,000 will be given to him.

They will get Rs 30,000

An assistance of Rs 20,000 is given for pursuing a master’s degree or diploma of one year or less. At the same time, employees taking postgraduate degree or diploma of more than 1 year will get Rs 25,000. 30,000 will be given to those who have acquired PhD or its equivalent qualification.

For information, let us tell you that in the instructions of the Ministry of Personnel, it has been said that no incentive will be given for obtaining higher qualification in academic or literary subjects. The government gives incentive amount only on the higher degree achieved by the employees.
