According to Dr. Ruchi Sharma, Psychiatrist of Manipal Hospital, Delhi, after a year and a half, perhaps the time has come for companies to prepare a model in which the interest of the companies as well as the employees are also affected, because they are depressed or troubled by work. The employee can reduce the performance of the company instead of increasing it. Apart from the hybrid model, companies also need to think and implement such things so that their employees remain mentally healthy and perform well. For this, it is most important that companies know about the opinion and needs of the employees and prepare a working model according to their mind.
