Vande Bharat Express Train: Indian Railways has changed the schedule of the country’s third Vande Bharat Express. This Vande Bharat Express train was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 30 September 2022.

This semi high-speed train run by Western Railway of Indian Railways travels between Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar Capital. Train number- 20901/20902, Mumbai Central-Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express runs throughout the week except Wednesday. Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express train takes 6 hours 30 minutes to cover a distance of 521 km.

Now Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express will stop at 8 stations instead of 7

After the changes made by Indian Railways, now Mumbai Central-Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express train will stop at 8 railway stations instead of 7. This train will now also stop at Navsari railway station in Gujarat. The new stoppages of Mumbai Central-Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express train are as follows:

  • Borivali
  • Vapi
  • Valsad
  • Navsari
  • Appearance
  • Aadodara junction
  • Anand junction
  • Ahmedabad junction

Mumbai Central – Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express Timings

Train No. 20901 Vande Bharat Express from Mumbai Central to Gandhinagar Capital will depart daily (except Wednesday) at 6:00 am and reach Gandhinagar Capital at 12:25 pm the same day. In the return journey, Train No. 20902 Vande Bharat Express from Gandhinagar Capital to Mumbai Central will depart daily (except Wednesday) at 14:05 pm from Gandhinagar Capital and reach Mumbai Central at 8:30 pm.
