Train Cancelled: Due to the block in the Lucknow division of Northeast Railway, the operation of trains on the Gorakhpur-Lucknow rail section will be affected from July 1 to 4. Routes of many trains have been changed, including Chhapra-Mathura Express, Sabarmati-Gorakhpur Express and Gorakhpur-Panvel Express. Some trains will also be canceled mid-way like Gorakhpur-Sabarmati Express. Passengers are advised to keep these changes in mind while planning their journey.
Train Cancelled: Train operations on the Gorakhpur-Lucknow rail section will be disrupted from July 1 to 4 due to the block in the Northeast Railway Lucknow Division.
15109 Chhapra-Mathura Express running from Chhapra on July 2 and 4 will run via the changed route Chhapra-Bhatni-Mau-Varanasi-Banaras-Prayagraj-Kanpur Central instead of the scheduled route Chhapra-Bhatni-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Aishbagh-Kanpur Central. As a result of the route change, this train will not come to Deoria Sadar, Gorakhpur, Khalilabad, Basti, Babhanan, Maskanwa, Mankapur, Gonda, Barabanki, Badshah Nagar and Aishbagh stations.
19409 Sabarmati-Gorakhpur Express running from Sabarmati on 28 June will be run via the diverted route Barabanki-Ayodhya Cantt-Mankapur. 15065 Gorakhpur-Panvel Express running from Gorakhpur on 1st and 4th July will come to Lucknow via Gorakhpur-Mankapur-Ayodhya Cantt-Barabanki.
04618 Amritsar-Saharsa Special running from Amritsar on 30th June will be run via the diverted route Roza-Lucknow-Barabanki-Ayodhya Cantt-Mankapur. 14674 Amritsar-Jaynagar Shaheed Express running from Amritsar on 29th June and 3rd July will also be operated via the diverted route Barabanki-Ayodhya Cantt-Shahganj-Mau-Indara-Phephna.
14673 Jaynagar-Amritsar Shaheed Express running from Jaynagar on 30th June and 2nd July will also come to Lucknow via this diverted route. Train 12512 Thiruvananthapuram North-Gorakhpur Express will now run from the starting station on 22nd, 24th, 25th, 29th June and 1st and 2nd July via the diverted route Barabanki-Ayodhya-Mankapur.
These trains will be cancelled mid-way
19410 Gorakhpur-Sabarmati Express running from Gorakhpur on 28th June and 5th July will run from Gomti Nagar station at 10.15 am. This train will remain cancelled between Gorakhpur-Gomti Nagar. Train 04303 Gorakhpur-Yog Nagari Rishikesh Special train will be rescheduled and run after 180 minutes from Gorakhpur.
