Train Cancelled List: Train travelers should be cautious, Railways has changed the routes of 18 trains.

Train Cancelled List: Due to construction work at Gorakhpur Railway Station, many trains have been cancelled and some will run on shorter routes. Find out which trains will be affected and what the new arrangements are.

Due to the renovation work of washing pit at Gorakhpur Junction, passengers may face inconvenience in the coming days. Keeping in mind the safety and convenience, the North Eastern Railway administration has decided to temporarily cancel or short terminate/short originate many trains.

According to the Railways, engineering work is underway at the old washing pits No. 1 and 2 in Gorakhpur. Four trains have been cancelled and 14 have been rerouted. This work will continue until February 28th.

List of cancelled trains

  • 05057 Gorakhpur-Delhi Special (till February 26)
  • 05058 Delhi-Gorakhpur Special (till February 27)
  • 05053 Gorakhpur-Bandra Terminus Special (till February 27)
  • 05054 Bandra Terminus-Gorakhpur Special (till February 28)

Short Termination / Short Origination Trains

  • 01027 Dadar-Gorakhpur → terminates at Mau Junction (up to 26 Feb)
  • 01028 Gorakhpur-Dadar → Starting from Mau Junction (till 28 Feb)
  • 22921/22922 Bandra Terminus-Gorakhpur → Up to Balrampur (22-24 February)
  • 15031/15032 Gorakhpur-Lucknow → Upto Gomtinagar (till 24 February)
  • 11055/11056 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Gorakhpur → Gonda (27 February – 1 March)
  • 20103/20104 LTT-Gorakhpur → Azamgarh (February 27-28)
  • 19409/19410 Sabarmati-Gorakhpur → Up to Thawe (26-28 February)
  • 11037/11038 Pune-Gorakhpur → Barhni (February 26-28)

Advice for travelers

The railway administration has requested passengers to confirm their train status before travelling and get information from the official website or helpline of the railways to avoid any inconvenience.
