Stocks in News Today: These stocks may move today! HDFC Life, Tech Mahindra and ITC Hotels are included in the list

Today, many stocks will be in discussion (Stocks To Watch) due to different news. These include ICICI Lombard HDFC Life Just Dial and Indian Overseas Bank. These companies have made important announcements in their quarterly results and business activities which can be important for investors. So keep an eye on their shares.

Amidst pressure in the US and Asian markets, investors are eyeing the India-US Trade Deal. This deal can support the stock market. At the same time, there are many such stocks for which there are different updates. Investors should keep an eye on these stocks due to updates. These stocks include ICICI Lombard, HDFC Life, HDB Financial Services, Just Dial, Indian Overseas Bank, Dixon Technologies and Centrum Capital.

ICICI Lombard: The company earned a profit of ₹ 747 crore with an annual growth of 28.7% in the June quarter, which was ₹ 580 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Its net premium income stood at ₹5,136 crore, up 14% from ₹4,504 crore a year ago.

HDFC Life: The company’s profit in the first quarter of FY26 rose 14.4% to ₹547 crore from ₹478 crore a year ago.

HDB Financial Services: HDFC Bank’s NBFC unit posted a profit of ₹568 crore in the June quarter, down 2.4% from ₹582 crore in the same period last year.

Just Dial: The local search engine posted a profit of ₹160 crore in the June quarter, up 13% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹141 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

Indian Overseas Bank: The bank has announced a reduction of 10 basis points (0.10%) in its MCLR for all loan tenures. The new rates have become effective from July 15, 2025.

Dixon Technologies: Dixon has entered into an agreement with Chongqing Yuhai Precision Manufacturing Company Limited to form a joint venture in India. Dixon’s share in this joint venture will be 74%.

Centrum Capital: The board of the company has approved a proposal to raise ₹172.56 crore through equity share allotment.

Network18 Media: The company reported revenue of ₹430 crore for the quarter (April-June) ended June 30, 2025. Its revenue declined by 5 per cent year-on-year to ₹453 crore.

Tech Mahindra, ITC Hotels and Angel One : Tech Mahindra, ITC Hotels, Angel One stocks will be in focus as these companies announce their Q1 results.

Zydus Life : Zydus Life has received final approval from the USFDA for its celecoxib capsules, used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with various conditions including arthritis.

Bajaj Finserv : The IRDAI has given the green signal to transfer 26% equity stake by Allianz SE in two insurance joint ventures – Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance – to Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Holdings & Investments (a promoter) and Jamnalal Sons (a promoter group unit).

Biocon: Subsidiary company Biocon Biologics has received approval from the US FDA for Kirsti (insulin aspart-xjhz), 100 units/ml, making it the first and only interchangeable biosimilar to Novolog (insulin aspart).

Kotak Mahindra Bank: Phani Shankar has resigned from the post of President and Chief Credit Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the bank. His resignation will be effective from July 21.
