Indian Railway Latest News: In order to improve railway connectivity across the country, the railway has decided to run two more new trains. One of these trains will run from MGR Chennai to Bhagat Ki Kothi, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) five days a week. It will run on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
At the same time, this train will run from Bhagat Ki Kothi back on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. While the second train service is between Jodhpur and Pune. It will run seven days a week.
The train is equipped with enhanced safety features
Dilip Kumar, Executive Director of Railway’s Information and Publicity Department, has said that we are making efforts to strengthen the railway network across the country and in this sequence new services are being continuously started in the country. Under this, a decision has been taken to run two new trains.
Praising the features of the train, he said, “The first train will go from MGR Chennai Central to Bhagat Ki Kothi. Its number is 20625 (up) and 20626 (down). It has 22 coaches, all coaches are LHB. Not only will the journey be comfortable, but it is also equipped with enhanced safety features. These coaches have been manufactured recently.”
Four general class coaches too
He told, the railway had made its policy that at least four general class coaches will be kept, they have been kept in it. Apart from this, six sleeper coaches, two second AC coaches and four third AC coaches have been installed. There is a provision of four coaches for third AC economic class. At the same time, one coach is for train manager cum Divyang category and one coach is for guard cum luggage bag.
Giving information about the second train, he said that the demand for a train from Jodhpur to Pune was being made for a long time. To fulfill the same demand, we have decided to operate Jodhpur Hadapsar Pune Express, train number 20495 (up) and 20496 (down). This train will run seven days a week. This train also has 22 coaches.
