Indian Railways’ RailOne App: Indian Railways has launched its super app RailOne, which brings together several rail-related services on one platform. Launched a few months ago, the app is designed to simplify ticket booking and other railway facilities, especially for passengers travelling during the festive season.

How to download Indian Railways RailOne app

The RailOne app is available on both Android and iOS. Android users can download it from the Google Play Store, while iPhone users can install it from the Apple App Store. After installation, the app will request the required permissions, including location and notification permissions.

How to Register in RailOne App

Existing IRCTC users can log in using their IRCTC username and password. New users can register with their mobile number, after which an OTP-based verification process will be completed.

How to book reserved tickets in RailOne app

To book reserved tickets, users have to log in and select the “Book Tickets” option on the home screen. After selecting “Reserved”, passengers can enter the source and destination stations, travel dates, and preferred category. The app will display train options, available seats, and fares. After selecting the train, passengers have to enter their details and complete the payment through UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. The tickets will appear in the “My Bookings” section.

RailOne App: Unreserved Ticket Booking

This app also allows you to buy unreserved tickets for local and general train journeys. Passengers need to select “Unreserved Ticket”, enter the travel details and make the payment. A QR based digital ticket will be generated and saved in the app.

RailOne App:

Digital platform tickets can also be booked using the platform ticketing feature RailOne. Passengers can select their station, enter details, pay online, and receive a QR ticket that will be saved in the app.

All tickets booked through the booking management

app are saved in the “My Bookings” section. Users can check both upcoming and past tickets. This section also has the ability to cancel tickets if required. With RailOne, Indian Railways aims to simplify ticketing and provide a single app for both regular and occasional passengers.
