The draft of ‘The Registration Bill 2025’ of the Department of Land Resources under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India has come. Let us tell you about it in detail.

What is ‘The Registration Bill 2025’-

This new bill will replace the old Registration Act of 1908, which till now operated the process of registration of documents. Now this new bill is going to change. There will be an entry of new law in its place. The purpose of the new law is to create an online, paperless and citizen-centric system.
