Five of the seven upcoming issuers are aiming to collectively mobilize at least ₹5,254 crore, while major industrial players Indo-MIM and Lohia Corp prepare to unveil their final pricing details. Meanwhile, secondary market participants are eyeing the market entry of SBI Funds Management, the country’s largest asset management company, which headlines the listing schedule.

  • Metalic Technoforge: Opening July 21 with a price band of ₹72–₹77 per share, the Rajkot forging maker aims to raise ₹50 crore to set up its new Unit IV and upgrade existing facilities.

  • Shree Balaji Mala Textiles: The Kolkata saree wholesaler enters the market on July 22 with a ₹18.9-crore fresh issue priced at ₹66–₹70 per share for working capital.

Additionally, ongoing issues are nearing completion: Caliber Mining & Logistics closes its ₹450-crore mainboard IPO on July 21 (subscribed 1.21x), while Sotefin Bharat’s SME offer closes July 20 (subscribed 81%).
