Delhi Blast: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reaction has come out regarding the blast near the Red Fort metro station in the country’s capital Delhi. Prime Minister Modi posted on X and expressed condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the blast and wished the injured a speedy recovery. He said, “Officials are helping the people affected by this blast. Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the situation with other officials.”
Initial investigation by Delhi Police suggests that the blast took place in a parked car. Police have cordoned off the entire area, and general vehicular movement has been restricted. After this incident, a high alert has been sounded in Delhi, Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh.
After the blast near the Red Fort, Mumbai Police is also taking precautionary measures. Patrolling and checking have been increased in many areas. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued strict instructions to the police officers. CM Yogi has ordered strict vigilance at all major places, religious places, markets and crowded areas in the state.
