Vande Bharat Sleeper Train is a semi-high-speed train which will make the connectivity between the two cities much better than before. It is expected that this train will cover a distance of 1589 km in just 20 hours.
This will be the route
This new train starting from New Delhi to Pune The Delhi-Pune Vande Bharat train running from New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS) will stop at important stations like Mathura, Agra Cantt, Gwalior, Bhopal, Khandwa and Bhusaval.
Will cover the distance in 20 hours
After the train starts, it will run at a speed of 160 kmph and will cover a distance of about 1500 km in about 20 hours. It will be the fastest train on this route.
16 coaches
According to the report of ET Now, Vande Bharat Sleeper train will have a total of 16 coaches, including 11 AC 3 tier, 4 AC 2 tier and 1 first class AC coach.
Fare
The fare of AC 3 tier will be around Rs 2500, AC 2 tier will be around Rs 4000 and the fare of first class AC will be around Rs 5000.
Timing
According to the report, the Vande Bharat Sleeper train going from New Delhi to Pune will leave from NDLS at around 4:30 pm and reach Pune Junction at 1:00 pm. On the return, this train will leave from Pune at around 3:00 pm and reach Delhi at 11:30 am the next day.
