Two Vande Bharat Express trains will run between New Delhi and Patna from October 11 to November 17, providing relief to passengers on Chhath and Diwali, the trains will pass through Mirzapur and stop at major stations.

In view of the festive season, Indian Railways has announced the operation of two Vande Bharat Express trains between New Delhi and Patna for the convenience of passengers. These trains will facilitate easy transportation of passengers to their families during Diwali and Chhath Puja. These trains will run from October 11th to November 17th, allowing millions of people to celebrate the festivals with their families.

Train No. 02252/02251 New Delhi-Patna-New Delhi Special Vande Bharat Express will depart New Delhi on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8:35 am and Patna on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 10:00 am. This train will run 16 trips and will have 16 Vande Bharat coaches.

Will stop here

The train will stop at Aligarh, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya, Buxar, and Ara stations, and will travel via Mirzapur. The journey from New Delhi to Patna will take 13 hours.

This is the schedule of the second train

The second train, train number 02253/02254 Patna-New Delhi-Patna Reserved Vande Bharat Special Express, will depart from Patna on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 10:00 am and from New Delhi on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 8:35 am. This train will make 17 trips and will have 20 coaches. It will also cover the same stations and run via Mirzapur.

These trains will provide significant relief to travelers from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh during the festive season. The Railways has taken this decision in view of the heavy rush during Chhath and Diwali. The Railways advises passengers to use the helpline 139, the Rail Madad mobile app, or the website www.railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in for timetable information.
