Bihar is going to get the gift of the third Amrit Bharat train soon. Preparations for this have been started. The special thing is that this train will also be operated from Saharsa. It will be run on Saharsa to Ferozepur (Punjab) route. The rack of the state’s third Amrit Bharat train has also reached Bihar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag it off.
According to information received from official sources of the Railways, information related to the date of operation and final route of Saharsa-Ferozepur Amrit Bharat train will be released soon. The rack of the Amrit Bharat train which is to be run from Saharsa to Ferozepur in Punjab has reached Saharsa. It is currently kept in Saraigarh of Supaul.
Bihar’s third Amrit Bharat train will be weekly
The third Amrit Bharat train running from Bihar will be weekly. At present, due to only one rack being available, it will be run only one day a week. The rack which will go from Saharsa to Firozpur will also return. Later, when other racks arrive, the duration of the train can be reduced.
The railway administration of Samastipur division has started its preparation. As per the guidelines of the division, arrangements related to washing, cleaning, maintenance and halt at the station have started being made in the washing pit of Amrit Bharat in Saharsa.
Saharsa will get the second Amrit Bharat
This will be the second Amrit Bharat to be received by Saharsa station. Just last month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had virtually flagged off the Amrit Bharat train from Saharsa to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai. Apart from this, Amrit Bharat train is already running between Darbhanga and Anand Vihar Terminal in Delhi.
