Domestic petroleum companies have increased the prices of getting a new gas connection. The increased prices have become effective from 16th June i.e. today itself.

How expensive is the new gas connection

After the increase in the prices of LPG connection, now you will have to spend Rs 2200 for LPG gas cylinder weighing 14.2 kg. Earlier, you had to pay Rs 1450 for LPG connection. That is, if seen in one way, to get a new LPG connection, now you will have to spend seven and a half hundred rupees more than before.

Regulator also became expensive

Along with getting a new gas connection, customers will now have to spend more money for the regulator at the time of connection. Now you will have to spend Rs 250 for the regulator. Earlier it was priced at Rs 150. That is, if we look at one way, then the prices of the regulator have increased by about Rs 100.

Increased security

According to Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum, paying the security of a cylinder of five kilograms has also become more expensive than before. For the security of 5 kg cylinder of Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum, you will now have to pay Rs 1150 instead of Rs 800. That is, there has also been an increase of three and a half hundred rupees in this.

What will be the fee for new connection

The cost of a non-subsidized cylinder weighing 14.2 kg is Rs 1065. On this you will have to pay a security amount of Rs 2200. Apart from this, Rs 250 will have to be paid for the regulator, Rs 25 for the passbook and Rs 150 for the pipe. According to this, for the first time you will have to spend Rs 3,690 for a gas cylinder.
