The Central Government has launched the Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0, providing significant convenience to millions of pensioners across the country. This initiative aims to ensure that all pensioners can easily submit their life certificates from the comfort of their homes, without the hassle of standing in long lines. You too can submit your life certificate digitally this month, eliminating the need to visit a bank or post office. This digital facility brings significant relief, especially to elderly and disabled pensioners.
Deposits can be made till November 30, 2025
The National Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 is being organised by the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare in collaboration with various institutions such as pension disbursing banks, India Post Payments Bank, Pensioners’ Welfare Association, CGDA, EPFO, DoT, Railways, UIDAI and MeitY etc. The campaign aims to reach all pensioners across the country from November 1 to November 30, 2025, especially in areas where pensioners have low access.
How to submit your digital life certificate
- Pensioners can easily complete this process using their mobile phone or laptop through the ‘Jeevan Pramaan Patra’ app. Follow the steps below:
- First of all, download Aadhaar Face RD App and Jeevan Pramaan App.
- Go to the Face RD app and scan your face.
- Enter Aadhaar number and mobile number in Jeevan Pramaan App and verify it with OTP
- Click a photo with your camera and submit it.
- Within a few minutes you will receive a certificate submission message and download link.
This digital facility not only saves time but also makes the process extremely simple and convenient.
