Method

  • Posture by choosing a clean, clean and airy place
  • Now apply Padmasana and bring both hands back towards the back.
  • Grab the wrist from the back of one hand with the back of the other hand
  • Then while exhaling, tilt the body forward and rest it on the ground and stop breathing.
  • Be careful not to lift the waist upwards when leaning forward
  • Slowly pull the breath in, raise the head and come back to the first position




Whenever we do a reclining posture, after doing those asanas, we should practice Yogamudrasana. This asana removes many diseases including tuberculosis, anal diseases, apartheid in menstruation and relieves asthma and phlegm. This increases immunity. This asana is very beneficial in the corona transition period. Do not do it with problems related to eye disease, heart disease and back pain etc.
