There is good news for air travelers. India’s largest airline IndiGo has announced to start direct flight service on a new international route. IndiGo said that it will start direct flight service from Mumbai to Denmark’s capital Copenhagen from October 8, which will expand its international network in Northern Europe. The airline company gave this information on Tuesday. Apart from this, Air India Express has started direct flight service between Dehradun and Bengaluru yesterday.
IndiGo will operate 3 flights a week from Mumbai to Copenhagen
IndiGo said that it will operate 3 flights a week from Mumbai to Copenhagen and will use Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft leased from Norse Atlantic Airways. The airline said that Copenhagen will be the airline’s 44th international and 138th destination overall. IndiGo CEO Peter Elbers said, “Given the growing demand for travel between India and Northern Europe, we will connect Mumbai to Copenhagen. This expansion will strengthen our presence in Europe and make Copenhagen the gateway to the Nordic region for Indian travelers. ”
Air India Express launches new services between Dehradun and Bengaluru

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the new air service at Jolly Grant Airport. The Chief Minister called it an important milestone towards the overall development of the state and expansion of air connectivity. He said that the direct air service between Dehradun and Bengaluru by Air India Express would also be a great facility for the youth, entrepreneurs, IT professionals, students and tourists of Uttarakhand.
