IndiGo Flight Cancelled: Big news for passengers! IndiGo has cancelled flights from 10 cities till this date, See cities names here

IndiGo canceled its flights from 10 cities till this date, see the names and dates of the cities here

Keeping in mind the safety of passengers amid rising tensions with Pakistan, domestic airline IndiGo has canceled flights from 10 cities. Now no flights will be available from these cities till 23:59 on May 10. IndiGo said in a post on X that your safety and security is paramount. Due to the current situation, all flights to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Leh, Chandigarh, Dharamshala, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kishangarh and Rajkot have been canceled till 23:59 on May 10, 2025.

The airline said that we are closely monitoring this and are in constant coordination with all the authorities. We will keep you informed through official updates and are available to assist you with changes in your travel plans. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Almaty and Tashkent flights also cancelled

IndiGo has also suspended its direct flights to Almaty and Tashkent till June 14 due to restrictions related to flight operations. The country’s largest airline had earlier suspended its services till May 7. It has been operating daily flights from Delhi to Almaty and Tashkent. Since the closure of Pakistani airspace from April 24, Indian airlines have been using longer routes for flights to western countries.

Passengers should reach the airport at least three hours before

Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport on Friday appealed to passengers to reach the airport at least three hours before the scheduled departure of flights. The airport has issued this directive in view of the increased security alert across the country. The airport has said that due to increased security alert across the country, the checking process has been tightened at all airports. Passengers should reach the airport three hours before to ensure timely check-in, security check and boarding.
