Indian Railways general ticket: Good news for Passengers! Now you can travel comfortably in these trains by taking general ticket, know details

After 18 months due to Corona, the service of General Ticket has been started for the common people again in trains. Passengers will now be able to travel comfortably on general tickets in 10 trains from December 10. Railway Administration is once again starting general ticket for passengers in these trains. Now the general ticket in the train will cost Rs 15 less than before.

The general ticket will be available in these trains

Lucknow-Varanasi Intercity, Lucknow-Chandigarh, Gomti Express, Pratapgarh-Delhi, Padmavat, Bareilly-Varanasi Nauchandi (Varanasi-Bareilly Express), Bareilly- In Prayagraj Sangam Unchahar, Ayodhya-Delhi, Varanasi-Shuttle service, travel on general ticket can be done from now on. With this step of the railway administration, passengers will not need rail reservation for traveling suddenly.

Trains were closed due to Corona In the

year 2020, due to Corona, complete lockdown was imposed in the country. Due to which all the trains were also cancelled. After this, Shramik Special trains were started from May 1 and Rajdhani Special trains from May 13. With this, in June, the Railways started clone and festival special trains. Reservation of Second Seating Class (2nd Seating Class) was started in these trains by removing the general class ticket.

Now there will be a savings of Rs 15 on the ticket, so

that there is no overcrowding due to Corona, the railways had stopped the general class journey till now. From December 1, the reservation of second sitting class of Padmavat, Ayodhya Faizabad Express and Kashi Vishwanath Express was stopped and intercity trains were allowed to travel in general class as before. Although, due to the implementation of the second seating class reservation till now, passengers had to pay Rs 15 more for the ticket, but now people can travel comfortably by taking general class tickets.
