You can first click on Railway Madad website https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in to vacate the seat by complaining of unauthorized passenger. You have to enter your mobile number here. After that click on Send OTP. Now enter the OTP received on your mobile. Now enter the PNR number of your ticket booking and then select your complaint by clicking on the type option. Now select the date of the incident. If you want, you can also write your complaint in detail. Now after that click on the submit button.
