Indian Railway gives free Wi-Fi, connect mobile on platforms like this, know the complete process

Indian Railways is continuously making efforts to make the journey of passengers pleasant. With the help of technology, the Railways is making many such changes so that passengers have less hassle before and during the journey. The railway also provides free Wi-Fi facility to the passengers. This facility is available at many railway stations of the country. So far 4932 railway stations have been connected to free Wi-Fi internet.



Except Railway Halt Station, the target is to provide Wi-Fi in all other stations. For this RailTel has joined hands with companies like Tata Trust, PGCIL to provide Wi-Fi service. RailTel’s RailWire homepage automatically appears on smartphones. If you go to such a railway station, you can easily connect to free Wi-Fi. For this, you have to follow some steps.

Passengers must first turn on their mobile’s ‘Wi-Fi’
– Your mobile will search the free Wi-Fi network as soon as it turns on –
Select ‘Railwire Network’
– ‘Railwire’ interface on the mobile as soon as it is connected Will open
– enter the mobile number here and
get ‘OTP’ – now enter the ‘OTP’ received
– Your mobile will be connected to Wi-Fi as soon as you enter ‘OTP’



Explain that Indian Railways is working fast for operating private trains. The Modi government has invited individual companies to operate 151 private trains. In these trains, passengers will be provided all the facilities provided during the flight. Platforms like airport are also being prepared for passengers
