Heavy rains may occur in Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Odisha, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Vidarbha, West Madhya Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh.
According to the Meteorological Department, a new round of rain is starting in Rajasthan due to a low pressure area formed over the Bay of Bengal.
Rain activities may increase in eastern Rajasthan from August 15 and in western Rajasthan from August 16. Heavy rains are likely in some parts of Kota and Udaipur from August 15 to 18.
