Heavy to very heavy rains are likely at some places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Coastal Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala and Mahe, South Interior Karnataka, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains may occur in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh, Eastern Uttar Pradesh during August 5 to 10.
According to IMD, heavy rain is likely at some places in Andhra Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura and Punjab.
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy to very heavy rain is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh in the next 3 days.
During August 5 to 9, very heavy rain may occur at some places in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, many parts of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh.
