IMD Rain Alert: Very heavy rain till 12-13-14-15-16-17 July, Meteorological Department issued an alert

Heavy Rain Warning: Monsoon havoc continues in many states of the country. Heavy to very heavy rains are falling. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert for many other areas including North, Northeast, West, Central India. The Meteorological Department estimates that there may be heavy rains in 11 to 17 days.

Heavy Rain Warning: Monsoon is raining heavily across the country. Most parts of the country including North, Northeast, West, Central India are experiencing rain. Very heavy rains in many areas are also causing trouble. The Meteorological Department estimates that there may be heavy rains in many areas of Northwest and Central India for the next 11 to 17 days. Rains may continue in many states of North India in the coming days.

IMD has predicted heavy to very heavy rains in Northwest India and Central India for the next 4 to 5 days. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains may occur at isolated places over East Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and West Uttar Pradesh.

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy to very heavy rains may occur over some areas of East Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh for the next few days.

Heavy rains are likely over some areas of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Karnataka, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Kerala and Mahe, Madhya Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttarakhand and West Rajasthan.

According to the India Meteorological Department, heavy rains may occur at some places over East Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh during July 11 to 17. During this period, very heavy rains are likely over Jammu and Kashmir, West Uttar Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh, South Haryana, West Rajasthan.

The IMD has forecast that light to moderate rains accompanied by thunderstorms may occur at many places over the Western Himalayan region and plains during the next 7 days. According to the IMD, heavy rains may occur at some places over Madhya Pradesh during July 11 to 17. The rain may continue in many areas including Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar.

The Meteorological Department has forecast that heavy rain is likely at different places in Konkan-Goa during July 13 to 15. Heavy rain may occur in Gujarat till July 17. Monsoon rains may also occur in many areas of Northeast India during the next 7 days. There is also a possibility of thunder and lightning during this period.
