Now to overcome this problem and to avoid SIM card misuse and fraud with it, DoT has recently launched a portal which will be able to give information about the numbers allotted on any Aadhar card number. . The name of this portal is Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection (TAFCOP).

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has mentioned on the TAFCOP website that ‘this website has been developed to help the subscribers, to know about the number of active mobile connections in their name and to take necessary action to regularize their additional mobile connections. Has been done.’

Let us tell you how you can know how many more Aadhaars have been issued based on the Aadhaar linked to your number.

1. You go to Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection Portal – https://tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/
2. Then enter your mobile number.
3. Then click on OTP request.
4. Then enter the valid OTP
5. After this all the numbers associated with the Aadhar number will be displayed on the website
6. From the list of these numbers, you can report and block the numbers which are not in use or which you need is not needed. If you have any doubt on any number then you can also report it.

An SMS will be sent to people having more than nine numbers issued on one Aadhaar number. As per government rules, a mobile subscriber can register a maximum of nine mobile connections in his name.
