House Registration Made Easy: Online Slot Booking Coming Soon, Just Like DL Passport

You’ll be able to book a registration slot, just like you would for a real estate agent or passport. The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is taking this initiative for public convenience. According to a report in the Navbharat Times, this facility is likely to be operational by next month. With this system in place, the registration process will become much easier.

The slot book link will be on the initiative portal 

According to reports, more than 100 applicants come to the Ghaziabad Development Authority every month for registration. The current system presented significant difficulties for residents, requiring them to navigate numerous clerks and junior engineers. The GDA has already launched the “Pahal” portal, but now a link will be made available on this portal, allowing you to book a registration slot. 

How will the new online system work?

• Booking on the portal: The allottee will have to visit the official website of GDA and click on the new link.
• Selection of Time and Date: Here, allottees will be able to easily book the slot by selecting the preferred date and time as per their convenience.
• Timely work: After the slot is booked, they have to reach the registrar office at their scheduled time, where the registry work will be completed on the same day.
