Heavy Rain Alert: Be careful! There will be heavy rain in these states for the next four days, IMD has issued an alert

Heavy Rain Alert: After wreaking havoc across the country, the southwest monsoon is now returning. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the monsoon has started retreating from northwest India. However, rain is still continuing in many states.

The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain alert for many states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand for the next few days.

The havoc of rain will continue in Bihar and UP

Bihar: The Meteorological Center in Patna has issued a warning of heavy rain in East Champaran, West Champaran and Gopalganj for the next 3-4 days. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in districts like Saran, Siwan, Begusarai, Kishanganj, Patna and Gaya.

Uttar Pradesh: Monsoon has become active again in UP. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain and thunderstorm in 22 districts of the state. These include districts like Moradabad, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Ballia and Ambedkar Nagar. People are expected to get some relief from the humid heat but have been advised to remain alert for the next few days.

Alert in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand too

Madhya Pradesh: IMD has issued a yellow alert for Khargone, Barwani, Anuppur, Dindori and Mandla districts of Madhya Pradesh. Heavy rain is expected in these districts. Also, rain and lightning are expected in more than 24 districts.

Uttarakhand: Light to moderate rain is also expected in districts like Dehradun, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh and Nainital. Recently, a cloudburst incident was reported in Dehradun, after which the administration is on alert.

Weather is pleasant in Delhi, people are returning from Rajasthan

The weather in Delhi is expected to remain pleasant today. There may be rain in the northeastern states of Assam, Sikkim and Meghalaya. The monsoon started retreating from Rajasthan on September 15. According to the Meteorological Department, this year 7% more rain than normal has been recorded across the country.
