If you aspire to buy a flat in Delhi, then you have a great opportunity now. Actually, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025. Under this scheme, you have a great opportunity to buy a flat in Loknayakpuram, Sirsapur and Narela in Delhi. According to the official website of DDA, registration under this scheme has started from 20 May 2025. 7500 flats are to be sold under Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025.
Who can apply
You must be a citizen of India and must have attained the minimum age of 18 years. You can apply even if you have any land/constructed property in Delhi. The family income of the applicant as well as joint/co-applicant applying for WS flats should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per annum when considered separately in case of both the families. The applicant can apply as per his requirement and affordability. Family income for this section includes the income of the applicant and his/her spouse (if married). Remember, you must have a PAN.

What is the booking amount

One thing to note here is that in case of successful booking, the booking amount paid will be adjusted in the price of the flat but this amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of surrender/cancellation/non-payment of the remaining demand as per the demand schedule. This scheme is based on first come first serve.
Allottee status
All allotments will be made on freehold basis. Applicants are advised to visit the site and inspect the flats before applying under this scheme and satisfy themselves regarding the location, size and price of the flats. Since all information is disclosed before applying for the flat, DDA will not entertain any complaint regarding the price of the flat, its design and quality of material used, workmanship or any other defect. The sample flats are available for public inspection from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on all seven days while the scheme is open. A representative of DDA is available on site during these hours to facilitate inspection.
