The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced another recruitment for Delhi Police Head Constables. Notification has also been issued for these recruitments.
This recruitment will select candidates for a total of 552 Assistant Wireless Operator (AWO) and Tele-Printer Operator (TPO) posts.
If you are eligible and interested, you can apply on the official website, ssc.gov.in, by October 15, 2025. It is worth noting that 7,565 posts for Delhi Police Constables have already been announced and online registration for these posts has started from September 22.

This recruitment process includes a total of 370 Head Constable (AWO/TPO) posts for men, including 158 for UR (General), 37 for EWS, 94 for OBC, 48 for SC, and 33 for ST. There are a total of 182 Head Constable (AWO/TPO) posts for women, including 78 for UR, 18 for EWS, 47 for OBC, 23 for SC, and 16 for ST. Among the categories reserved for women, 47 posts are reserved for OBC, 23 for SC, and 16 for ST.

What is the age limit for Delhi Police 2025: Who can apply?
To apply for these posts, candidates must have passed Class 12 (with Science and Mathematics) from a recognized board. A National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronic Communication Systems is also valid. Computer proficiency is mandatory. 1000 keystrokes in 15 minutes (English word processing) and basic skills like MS Office and printing are also required. Regarding the age limit, the candidate should be between 18 and 27 years as on July 1, 2025, i.e. the candidate should have been born after July 2, 1998 and before July 1, 2007. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.
