UP News: Fog havoc has been witnessed from UP to Haryana, many vehicles in Rewari and Greater Noida have collided with each other due to fog and have met with accidents.
Fog has enveloped Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, resulting in road accidents in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Rewari, Haryana. Several vehicles were damaged in the road accidents in various districts of the two states. Several people were also injured. Following the incidents, police teams arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control.
While cold and fog have severely impacted public life, it is now becoming a cause of road accidents. Let’s talk about Haryana. Fog wreaked havoc on National Highway 352D in Haryana’s Rewari district. A fatal road accident occurred near the village of Gurawara in Rewari.
The accident occurred due to low visibility
Regarding the accident, it was reported that 3 to 4 buses collided violently due to fog. Initial police investigations suggest low visibility was the cause of the accident. It was also reported that the buses were traveling from Rewari to Jhajjar. According to sources, the injured were admitted to nearby hospitals for treatment. Police are currently investigating the incident.
Half a dozen vehicles collided due to fog in Greater Noida.
Meanwhile, Greater Noida, adjacent to Delhi, has also witnessed the devastation of fog. Dense fog has caused a major road accident in Greater Noida. According to reports, half a dozen vehicles collided and were damaged on the Dadri GT Road due to the fog.
Police cleared the traffic jam by removing the accident vehicles.
Several people were injured in a fog-related accident in Greater Noida, and the accident resulted in a traffic jam on the highway. Upon receiving information, Dadri police arrived at the scene and began efforts to clear the traffic jam. Police moved damaged vehicles to the side using canes. The fog is causing an increase in road accidents, which is a cause for concern.
