New Delhi : If you live in Delhi NCR and are looking for a budget-friendly flat, this is news for you. Yes, the Greater Noida Authority is auctioning some ready-to-move-in flats on Republic Day. These flats are located in Omicron-1A, Greater Noida. These flats will be allotted through e-auction.
When is the scheme being launched?
In Greater Noida ‘s Sector Omicron-1A, a multi-story building constructed by the authority houses numerous 2BHK flats. A new scheme for these flats is set to launch tomorrow, January 28, 2026. Currently, 90 flats will be allocated under this scheme. The allotment will be via e-auction, meaning buyers will bid at a reserve price.
What is the reserve price?
According to information received from the authority, the reserve price of these flats has been fixed between Rs 73.23 lakh and Rs 74.35 lakh. You must be aware that the flat will be allotted to the applicant who bids the highest in the e-auction. The scheme is being implemented for 90 flats in I Block of Omicron-1A Society. The carpet area of all these flats is 83.38 square meters and the super area is 104.70 square meters. These flats are located from the first to the 15th floor and their prices have been fixed according to the floor.

The Greater Noida Authority has already constructed multi-story flats in Sector Omicron-1A. Many of these flats have already been allotted. However, approximately 350 flats remain vacant. Authority CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar has directed the prompt allotment of these vacant flats so that those who have made Greater Noida their home can find their homes soon.

Registration for this scheme begins tomorrow. The deadline is February 18th. The deadline for registration is February 20th for processing fee payment, and the deadline for submitting documents is February 23rd. Registry after allotment
All of these flats are fully constructed. After allotment, the lease deed process will be completed within the stipulated time. Winning applicants will have the option of both lump sum and EMI payments. Applicants who make lump sum payments will be given priority. However, those who choose to pay in installments will be able to pay in four installments over two years.
