New Delhi. If you are employed and want to check your Provident Fund ie PF balance, then you can easily do this work sitting at home. You can check your PF balance on EPFO website or UMANG App. Apart from this, PF balance can also be known through missed call or SMS from the phone.
Via missed call
To check PF balance, you have to give a missed call on 011-22901406 from your registered mobile number. After this, you will get the details of PF through the message of EPFO.
Via SMS
If your UAN is registered with EPFO, then your latest contribution and PF balance information can be received through the message. For this you have to send EPFOHO UAN ENG from registered mobile number to 7738299899. The last three letters are for language. If you want information in Hindi then you can send it by writing EPFOHO UAN HIN.
Through EPFO website
- Go to EPFO website..
- Click on Employee Centric Services here.
- Now click on View Passbook.
- To view passbook, login with UAN.
Via UMANG App
Open your UMANG App (UMANG) and click on EPFO.
Now click on Employee Centric Services.
Click on the View Passbook option here.
Enter your UAN number and Password (OTP) number.
OTP will come on the registered mobile number.
After entering the OTP, you can check your PF balance.
