A Delhi government official said more locations are likely to be added in the future. “Commuter convenience and affordability are at the heart of this project,” a senior transport department official said. While the exact fare details haven’t been finalized yet, officials have assured that the fares will be significantly lower than those charged by private bus operators. The official added that existing inter-state electric buses are currently limited to routes of 245 to 250 kilometers due to charging constraints.
