DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana: In view of continued interest from applicants in booking flats in Narela under the “Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025” (FCFS) and the addition of 1,552 new flats in Pocket 13, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced an extension of the scheme’s booking period. Eligible applicants will now be able to book available flats in Pocket 6, Pocket 9, and Pocket 13 within the extended deadline.
The booking deadline has been extended to June 30, 2026. This decision was taken in view of the positive response to the scheme and the availability of new residential units. DDA is offering the opportunity to purchase affordable homes in Delhi under the ‘Karmayogi Housing Scheme’. Government and retired employees will receive a 25 percent discount on the purchase of flats, bookings for which are open from June 1, 2026. You can book these flats until June 30.

The DDA has launched new flats in Pocket 13, Sectors A1-A4, Narela, under the “DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme.” Due to high demand, more flats have been added to the scheme, offering a 25% discount. Why has the booking deadline been extended?
The DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025 (FCFS), launched for serving and retired employees of the Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Public Sector Undertakings (PSBs), local bodies, autonomous bodies, and government universities, is currently ongoing. Initially, flats were offered for booking in Pocket 9, Sector A1-A4, Narela, and later, flats were also made available in Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
In addition, DDA has made available 1,552 additional flats in Pocket 13, Sectors A1-A4, Narela under the DDA Karmayogi Housing Scheme 2025 (FCFS) through a circular dated May 21, 2026. Booking for these flats is open from June 1, 2026.
In view of the addition of new residential units (inventory) in Pocket 13 and the continued response received under the scheme, it has been decided to extend the booking period for DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) till 30.06.2026. Interested and eligible applicants can avail the benefit of booking flats under this scheme in Pocket 6, Pocket 9 and Pocket 13, Sectors A1-A4, Narela within the extended period.
