Changes in many prepaid plans of BSNL, base tariff Rs 94 and Rs 95 pack

BSNL Chennai launched ‘Advance Per Minute’ of Rs 94 and ‘Advance Per Second’ plan of Rs 95 earlier this month.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised several prepaid plans, including plan vouchers (PV) and first recharge coupons (FRC) etc. FRC prepaid plans such as FRC106, FRC107 and FRC108 have been revised. Also, the plans that have been amended in the plan voucher (PV) are – PV153, PV186, PV365, PV429, PV485, PV666, PV999, PV1699, PV1999 and PV2399. The base tariff of all these prepaid plans has been changed to PV94 and PV95 plans. Let us tell you, both the plans were introduced by BSNL earlier this month.

BSNL Chennai CircularWhile issuing this amendment, the information was made public, although this change has come into force in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles from today. The circular has announced that the above 10 BSNL plan vouchers and 3 first recharge coupons will henceforth provide base tariff as minutes PV94 on advance and second PV95 plan on advance.



Let me tell you, earlier the first recharge coupons given above were located with the base tariff “Per second / minute plan PV74 / 75”. However, the FRC107 prepaid plan will now be mapped with the Minute Tariff PV94 pack on advance. At the same time, the FRC106 and FRC108 plans will be mapped with the second tariff PV95 pack on Endwas.

Similarly, the base plans of PV153, PV186, PV365, PV429, PV485, PV666, PV997, PV999, PV1699, PV1999, PV2399 have been modified from “Per minute plan PV75” to “Advance Per Minute Plan PV94”.

The BSNL Chennai ‘Advance Per Minute’ of Rs 94 and Rs 95 for ‘Advance Per Second’ plan earlier this month launched to local with were that the validity of 90 days, national and roaming call (Mumbai And 100 minutes as well as 3GB of high-speed data. Both prepaid plans charge Rs 0.8 per message for local SMS, while Rs 1.2 is charged per message for national SMS.

At the same time, after the free voice calling minutes expire, users in BSNL 94 rupees plan will be charged Rs 1 per minute on local calls, while STD calls will be charged Rs 1.3 per minute. Similarly, in the Rs 95 plan, a charge will be charged per second, after the free minutes are over, local calls are charged 0.02 paise per second, while STD calls will be charged 0.024 paise per second.
