New Delhi. Central employees are going to get a good news soon. The government had recently increased the DA. Please tell that the DA has been increased from 31 percent to 34 percent. At the same time, now the employees are hoping that soon the government is going to increase the minimum basic salary of the employees.

The central government is going to give a big gift to the central employees soon
At present, the employees are getting the minimum basic salary of Rs 18000, there is a demand by the employees that it should be increased to Rs 26000. The union of central government employees has been demanding for a long time to increase the minimum basic wage. At the same time, the government is also being demanded to increase the fitment factor from 2.57% to 3.68%. With the increase of fitment factor, the salary of the employees will increase automatically.

If the government announces an increase in the fitment factor of central employees, then there will be a big increase in the salary of the employees. Due to this, the minimum wage of the employees will increase by Rs 8000, that is, instead of Rs 18000, the employees will get a salary of Rs 26000. If the fitment factor is increased to 3.68 then the basic salary of the employees will be Rs 26000.

If their minimum salary is Rs.18000 then excluding allowances, they will get Rs.46260 as per 2.57% fitment. If this fitment factor is 3.68 then they will get Rs 95680 (26000×3.68) as salary. The recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission were approved by the Union Cabinet in June 2017 with 34 amendments. Under this, the entry level basic pay was increased from Rs 7000 per month to Rs 18000 per month. Due to which the highest level i.e. the secretary got 2.5 lakh rupees from 90000 thousand.
