CBSE Board Exam 2021: Education Ministry makes big announcement regarding dates of 10th-12th examinations, read details

It is noteworthy that the board exams of 10th and 12th have been conducted only in February-March.

The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE can decide on the 10th and 12th examinations to be held next year in a week. Along with this, CBSE can also announce the decision to release the academic schedule, so that it does not spoil the children’s year. Amid increasing speculation of the 10th and 12th board exam 2021, the Ministry of Education has given important information. It is noteworthy that the board exams of 10th and 12th have been conducted only in February-March.



Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has claimed that a campaign will be launched to consider the students, parents and teachers when and how to conduct the exam. To conduct the exam next year, Nishank tweeted after a high-level review meeting that the Ministry of Education will seek feedback from students, parents and teachers about when and how the exam will be conducted next year.

CBSE released marking scheme of exam

Amid growing speculation over CBSE’s decision to conduct Class 10, 12th board exams in 2021, CBSE has released the marking scheme and model paper for Class 10 board exams 2021. All the students who are going to take the 10th and 12th examination this year (2021) can check the official website cbseacademic.in for information on the model paper and marking scheme released by the CBSE board. Under the marking scheme of class 10 board exam released by CBSE, all students will have to bring 33% marks by combining theoretical and internal assessment marks to pass. The CBSE board has now made the internal assessment of 20 marks for all subjects of 10th standard. That is, in 10th standard theoretical test will be of 80 marks and internal assessment will be of 20 marks. The students of class 10, who will get 33 per cent marks, including theoretical examination and internal assessment, will be passed.

Sample paper released for 12th

Apart from this, the board has also released the marking scheme and sample paper for class 12th examination, stating that it will be compulsory for students to get 33-33% marks in theory and practical / project / internal examinations to pass the 12th class board examination. That is, it is mandatory to bring 33% of the total marks in all the examinations for any subject of the board, not just in the theoretical paper. Apart from this, it is compulsory to bring 33 per cent marks in every subject as well. Along with this, 33% marks will have to be compulsory in practical / project / internal examinations.



According to the report of Hindustan Times, a government official said that even now if a decision is taken about the schedule, then the condition of corona virus will be reviewed before it will be seen how much of the children covered is. It is important to review the academic syllabus for the examinations. The official said that consultations are happening constantly, and it is natural that change will happen, as this is an epidemic-hit year. However, due to the Corona epidemic it is still too early to decide and stick to it.
