For example, the age of the applicant should be minimum 18 years and maximum 75 years. If the borrower is a senior citizen, that is, a applicant over 60 years of age must be a co-applicant. The co-borrower must legally inherit the land. The bank applicants verify the farmer before giving loan. It is seen whether he is a farmer or not. Then its revenue record is checked.
